Our Incoloy 825 Polished Bars is also used in Chemical process equipment, Tank trucks, Propeller shafts, Electrostatic precipitator electrodes, Calorifiers, Hot vessels for food, water and sea – water. The fabrication of these Incoloy 825 Flat Bars is typical of nickel – base alloys, with material being readily formable and weldable by a variety of techniques. The titanium addition serves, by means of an appropriate heat treatment, to stabilize our Incoloy 825 Threaded Bars against sensitization to inter – granular corrosion. These Incoloy 825 Hollow Bars is characterized by good toughness, even under continuous operation, at both room and elevated temperatures, up to approximately 550 Degree C (1020 Degree F). Our Incoloy 825 Hexagonal Bars is a nickel – base alloy generally similar to Alloy 20 in aqueous corrosion, which requires no post – weld heat treatment. These Incoloy 825 Triangular Bars has good stress corrosion cracking resistance performance, along with good resistance for pitting and crevice corrosion performance. Our Incoloy 825 Bars is a nickel – iron – chromium alloy with molybdenum and copper added to it, which is often used for components in pickling equipment like tanks, baskets, chains and heating coils. These Incoloy 825 Rods is an austenitic nickel – iron – chromium alloy with additions of other alloying elements to enhance resistance to chemical corrosion.
