Hastelloy C22 Threaded Bars is chromium – nickel – molybdenum alloy by means of improved resistance to pitting, stress corrosion cracking and crevice corrosion. Hastelloy C22 Hollow Bars (UNS N06022) is a Nickel – Molybdenum alloy which offers outstanding resistance to hydrochloric acid at all temperatures and concentrations from ambient to elevate. Meanwhile, these Hastelloy C22 Hexagonal Bars are also being offered in customized sizes and shapes to our customers. Hastelloy C22 Triangular Bars is very amenable to the Gas Metal Arc (GMA / MIG), Gas Tungsten Arc (GTA / TIG), and Shielded Metal Arc (SMA / Stick) welding processes. Matching filler metals (i.e. solid wires and coated electrodes) are available for processes of Hastelloy C22 Bars, and welding guidelines are given in "Welding and Fabrication". Hastelloy C22 Rods can be hot forged, hot rolled, hot upset, hot extruded, and hot formed. However, Alloy C22 Bars is more sensitive to strain and strain rates than the austenitic stainless steels, and the hot working temperature range is quite narrow.
